Apartment Rules and Regulations:

Please present ID card, Passport, Temporary Residence Card of all guests and birth certificate if traveling with children to enable check-in procedures.

Ensuring General Hygiene And Maintaining Security, Order, And Safety For Residents:

– Ensuring full compliance with all provisions of the legislation regarding fire prevention and firefighting.

– Avoid indiscriminate littering, to sort waste appropriately, and to dispose of garbage in designated locations.

– Refraining from the use of chemicals and toxic substances that contribute to environmental pollution in my daily activities.

– Adhering to noise regulations to ensure that the living environment of other residents in the building is not disturbed.

– Conserving electricity, water, and other essential resources.

– Please refrain from disposing of garbage or pouring water in stairwells, corridors, walkways, inside elevators, or from elevated positions. It is essential that waste is stored properly in the designated garbage repository located in the basement. Thank you for your cooperation.

– Please refrain from indiscriminately discharging wastewater, exhaust gases, and toxic substances, as this practice can lead to seepage and result in significant environmental pollution.

– Please refrain from disturbing security personnel and the order of operations.
